Dan's Shortcuts
I'm not intending to blog, but all the ad-hoc bits will probably start out from this page.
That said, not too recently an innocent posting on his blog resulted in the author losing his job (at Microsoft). So instead I help John with his blog about Customer Care (strategy) / Achieving Customer Loyalty
I also help Moore Adamson Craig with their web site, and they publish an excellent blog www.publicinvolvement.org.uk about public involvement (no less), for example, getting the public/users involved in patient forums.
Star Walls is such a cool name for a plasterer/decorator. Paul is a plasterer, tiler and decorator in Devon and this is my little plug*

- Orange GPRS settings for a Nokia 6100
If you're looking for help with getting your Orange mobile phone to use GPRS for Internet (as a modem dial up for your laptop), then stay tuned (or email me). Summary notes are: you need to rename your access point "GPRS" and enter "orangeinternet" (no quotes) as the access point (or orange.fr if using an Orange France mobile). The internet connection is blank username and password, but number to dial is *99#. Finally, if using a Nokia 6100, on the advanced tab of the modem's properties in Windows you need to add the control at+cgdcont=1,"IP","orangeinternet" (for France replace oranginternet with orange.fr). Might save you 1½ days of effort.
