In the photograph above is Albert Wardle (centre) standing by a seaside bungalow built by Uncle Bernard (right) with Tom Haines driver (left), loaded on a company lorry for delivery to Mablethorpe. In the bottom left of the picture you can just make out the lorry's speed limit - 12mph (also another company name). The picture was taken c.1924.
